Have been a member for quite some time at this branch. Have seen many changes.
Lately I visited the bank to be told they no longer accommodate withdrawals from the counter from my money at the branch I would now be limited to use the machine only.the staff are quite rude and condescending I am in the process of changing Banks quite sad after over 20 years of using this branch that I feel the need to change. But when staff are not trained to deal with the public with a bit of curtesy. There is always a Bank that will.
