they have had cd player for 6 weeks now they never call back have phoned about 6 times same as Emails 6 emails only one response have been in touch with ebay and paypal my next move will be trading standards because there is no need how long does it take to send an email.stay away from them

Bought stand from this place by telephone. On receipt of item realised did not support our television. Had to leave 6 voicemails, but never returned my call's. On seventh voicemail I demanded a manager call me back. Peter called back to ask to what our problem was, I explained he was pleasant enough but not overly helpful. I have never had a problem with any purchases made either by telephone or websites. They're response and attitude is disgusting I would warn anyone thinking of using this company to be very aware. They still had not called us back were now into over 3 week's and they've left us high and dry. Wo'nt take back or refund us, worst experience ever, They do'nt have a customer services department, they have a bunch of muppets ignoring peoples calls and do not help in the slightest in helping any time they are to be avoided they only want your money. Disgusting.
