We have had an awful experience with this company.Much like many others I am lead to believe. The pictures taken were very poor which Caroline blamed on the weather (A beautiful sunny day in April), pictures which we had specifically asked for were not taken, family members were missed out of photographs, Caroline was very impatient with guests and children posing for their picture to be taken and the list goes on.

Afterwards the customer service has been disgusting. Staff in the office very rarely answer the phone and when they do they are very rude and unwilling to help. Caroline herself has never been in the office when I have called.

Seven months on we have still not received our photo album which we have been told several times is on its way to us recorded delivery however apparently there is no tracking number for us to attempt to trace it.

Heartbroken that we chose Caroline Photography and only wish I had looked at reviews before booking with her. 15-11-14
