My Mum is 74 and has very poor mobility but goes to Lady Shape Toning Studio in Gloucester - it has motorised exercise machines so people can do gentle exercise if that's all that they can manage. It's also very sociable - Mum has made some great friends there and the staff are really lovely too. They also organise some fun trips - Mum and her friends ended up at the Pickering 1940s style weekend dressed as char ladies!! I would highly recommend this gym for older ladies who want to exercise and have a good laugh! 09-06-16
