Visited today (Saturday) as we had seen a Mercedes on their site. When we asked to test drive it, they couldn't be bothered to move a couple of cars in front of it, to let us. We where told to go to another garage to test drive same model and if we liked it then we could come back on Monday? The Guy lacked any ability of salesmanship or manners. I've genuinely never encountered such dreadful customer service like it in my life. If that's what they're like before a sale, I dread to think what they're like after a sale if something goes wrong. Stay away from these cowboys. You have been warned.
