Seriously terrible shop. Rude arrogant, unpleasant experience.
They have no clue on customer service they are absolutely fake and grinning through they teeth when they want you to buy something.
I can't even explain enough how damaging these rouges are to someone self esteem.
To say they have been in the wedding business for 60 years?? Has to be an utter lie!
If you want a complete wedding experience and want to be treated with respect care and compassion stay away from this shop!!
It doesn't even deserve the 1 star 26-07-14
