Was looking on line for a freezer. Found that the cheapest by far of the type we wanted was at Direct Discounts. Thought was too good to be true. Visited Huddersfield store, was attended by polite and helpful but not pushy assistant. A couple of freezers comparable to the one we had seen on line were explained to us but in the end we went with our original choice. Paid by card. The freezer was delivered within 24 hours, free of charge by two helpful and polite men who placed the freezer within inches of its final place, they then removed the packaging waste.
All in all great value and great service from a company we would recommend to anyone. 27-09-17
