we phone to see if Benfleet Glass Co Ltd cut some safety glass and drill it for a window on our narrowboat the guy on the phone said he could if we could bring him a template , we said we could but couldn't leave the glass as it was needed for our boat ,( he said that was fine as he could simply take a measurement ) after we drove there with the glass template he told us we needed to leave him the template as he couldn't be bothered taking a measurement and when we told him we couldn't he swore at us and said he couldn't be bothered with this fidderly job (as he had got enough work ) then swore again so we left ,what a rude horrible little man
