Brought a expensive SUV but it had a MOT for 12 months, which had inner damaged tyres, don't know how they passed the vehicle,
Car had problems with handling due inner control arm and had bad battery.
Very dangerous vibration on steering at 60mph
One side door lock not working.
Fuel problem and no service done for a while as they told me the car is ready with a service down few months ago,
Avoid them.

We travelled for 2 hours to look at a Vauxhall Astra he was selling for £1750 which is a lot of money to me. when we arrived at idrive in birmingham. it was parked right at the back of at least 10 cars in a very narrow dark garage I couldn't even get in the passenger door and i am not large my partner just manages to get in the drivers side. the car doesn't even start! We look at the oil and there was none in it and the car had apparently just had a service and 12 mot? If any one finds a car from here I would think twice

what can i say....the guys seemed pleasant enough....problems arose when i took the car back a few days after purchasing it due to problems......they kept it for nearly a week and after i had it back sand ame problem reoccured a few days later...took it back and got it back took it back ....this carried on for a few months....then i asked for it to be exchanged., and they agreed...went there a couple of times but in the end no px.......i got so fed up in the end i sold the car for a £1200 loss (after repairs)......

The most dishonest and underhand dealers around. Look elsewhere !!!

They will offer the earth to try to get you to part with your money..then the price and their part of the sale will change..along with the price..then there's the 'warranty'

I would not give these people a star but I am afraid I cannot give zero rating
Avoid these people ... I sold a vehicle to these people & needed to involve the police as they became violent & confrontational.
Also they did not pay the full cost of the vehicle.

Travelled 50+ miles for these people to say a different price to the price agreed on the phone. The dealer claimed that it was a 'mystery person' who quoted the price on the phone, even though they were able to be contacted on that number for 3 days prior. Following this, after being told the dealer would be there at quarter to 1, they turned up at 25 past 1. This is not acceptable.

The car was in poor condition inside and the door did not shut naturally. The dealer denied this. After offering a price in the middle of the pre negotiated price and the price the dealer wanted, which was declined at the time, the dealer then sent a text saying he would accept it as we were half way home. Do not recommend this dealer.
