I had already spoken with Bob on the phone about a new sewing machine
I visited Sew Devine on Saturday had excellent service from Ian who demonstrated the machine I was interested in for 2 hours.Bob completed the deal and said my new machine could be here Tuesday and it came yesterday.The following day the quilting pack arrived Both reassured me I could contact them anytime if I had problems.
They both obviously had a lot of experience and knowledge about sewing machines.it was such a positive buying experience cannot recommend this shop enough.
Thank you to the lady who provided us with coffee and biscuits
Just up to me now to get started on stitching.

When another company failed to fix my ELNA 2005 which is a sophisticated, computerised all singing all dancing sewing machine, Bob at ELNA Reading fixed it for me in 24 hours! I could not be more grateful. I bought this machine in November 2002 and it cost £595.00 then so you can tell it’s peretty comprehensive. I just love it and Bob has been able to fix a problem with the feed dog. I highly recommend this shop and Bob if you ever have a problem with a sewing machine. Polite, pleasant and efficient service. Thank you.
