Terrible experience, this is truly a dodgy back street garage. Nothing is ever in writing, you can't view the vehicles as so packed together, no service histories. Customer service is non existent and once you've paid your money you are on your own if problems occur. Do your homework, look at all the negative reveiws for this place and take your money elsewhere

Just like B Black, we too spent £10000 on a car. After two months it was burning too much oil. We took it back, still within warranty, but were asked by you know who for another £800, to contribute further to find out what was wrong. We declined, took it to Visa Disputes, as we felt the car was not fit for purpose. Seven months later, we have lost the case due to lies being told. He even had the cheek to further offer to repair the car. Even saying that Visa never pay out, why would he know that. Like another review, we found the cars jam packed, I could not get into the car until after we bought it, even then, they couldn't find the keys. We have wasted 7 months of our lives, and now have to sell the car, way below the price we paid. And to cap it all, when we finally collected the car, he didn't even bother to tell us, he had changed part of the dashboard to a faux wood front. Why. We have given up. Really Bad Experience

Having paid just under £10K for a Nissan Elgrand to Freespirit Autos which is the next company owned by the owner of Freespirit Auto Campers i would not recommend the director Mr Rupert Murphy to my worst enemy.
