I had widows installed in 2008 and although they were prompt and the price was good, their customer service is the worst i have ever had the mis-fortune to deal with. The windows they installed started to get condensation in them and when i tried to get in touch with them i was given false promises that they would send somebody around, they did send somebody around but failed to sort out the problem . I have been chasing these people on and off for nearly five years without any luck.
Make of this what you will but i would not recommend this company in a million years.
Oh if anybody from Dimple want to discuss this with me i am more than wiling to.
