I called to see if GX could sort out a problem with the conservatory doors on an existing Conservatory (not installed by GX !).

They were very willing to do so, which was the first plus point !

The service we received from Angela in the office was extremely efficient. She called back within 2 hours to say that she had a fitter available at the end of his day's work, who could come immediately. He dismantled and re-assembled the doors, and sorted the problem out there and then. I'd rung at around midday: the problem was resolved by 6pm. Beat that for service. Brilliant ! Thank you. 07-06-18
