I bought a conservatory roof from Clear Windows and Conservatories in August 2010 at a cost of more than £10,000. The roof leaks onto the outside wall whenever it rains heavily. They came back to try to fix it a few times but the problem continues. They have now stopped replying to my calls and emails. They gave me a 10 year guarantee but they are not honouring it. They are either unwilling or unable to make a repair. This is bad news either way. I had a survey done which concluded that the roof is inherently defective. http://www.clear-windows.eu/ 01-05-15
