AVOID AT EVERY COST! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & RUINED HAIR. Booked Facebook deal with Denisha & on the visit day called to confirm time, only to be told that no visit as the hairdresser has gone home. Nobody bothered to inform me of the cancellation! I rearranged it for few weeks after.The visit and rude & abrupt behaviour of Denisha have left me not only with promise never to step in this place again, but also with ridiculous colour i have never asked for (which in time, once my hair recovers from this nightmare, can be hopefully rectified), and COMPLETELY RUINED hair. Denisha was a very arrogant rude girl, obviously not wanting to be at work that day, pulling my hair so it was painful, smacking me on the head whilst doing the foil with colour & generally behaving aggressive & out of order. Don't know what was the substance which was put on my hair as so called keratin (which was the treatment I paid for, with colour & cut), but instead of leaving my hair healthy, freeze free & shiny, it is literally falling apart & breaking off like never before. So it has either been burnt with colour, or some cr*p was put on my hair. My hair, which I have been trying to grow for a while now, is in such bad shape after visit at Sapianos, I will probably have to chop it off. I've waited with complaint few weeks,naively hoping it will improve, but with every wash it is getting worse.
All I can do now only is spend a lot of money on good treatments & conditioning to try & save it. I have sent message to Michelle, the owner, and to their Facebook page. Never got any response, not even apology, so today I went to their page to give them review. My comments were immediately deleted AND i am blocked from even sending them a message.
Please do not get tempted by their deals & offers. Disgraceful & shocking. Just to clarify, I am 35, mature professional who has better things to do in life than writing reviews, however in this situation I simply cannot leave it silent.
