I question the cleanest, safety, and reliability of their vehicles for this reason I would not recommend hiremorecar maidstone to anyone traveling outside the local area. I was lucky my dirty 89K mileage car rental only pulled to the left and "conveniently" encountered a flat tyre on the motorway.
3 weeks later I am still awaiting the balance of my deposit £200 minus the puncture repair.

Just awful, avoid at all costs. The van hire is cheap at this place but when you deal with them you realise why. First of all they cannot call you back. Ill get to that. The man on the day Jeremy was very rude and abrupt and spoke to me like a child. The van was a mess. Dented, tracking was a joke, tyres were barely legal. I suffered it as I needed the van. Returned it and noticed a day later i'd left a valuable bluetooth item in the van. This is where the issues started. They couldn't check the van for a week. I asked them to call me back with progress three times, no call. I finally go there to be told by the rough reception girl that's its my fault and im on my own. No customer service at all and bad vehicles. You get what you pay for. Go to Thrifty. They are excellent.
