very disappointed to have been hoodwinked by this organisation with very misleading sales pitch resulting in NOT receiving what I was led to believe I had purchased and instead being asked to pay DOUBLE in order to receive what I was expecting.

Summary of what I paid
£15 for photoshoot and 1 large print
£199.95 for 4 additional images in medium, small and keyring sizes plus digital images

After receiving a set of doctored versions of the image files by email which are basically unusable instead of the original files I was expecting I contacted these scammers by email only to be told that it was stated on the small print of the documentation that the digital images offer are reduced file size not suitable for printing. This was NOT what I was sold by the salesman who deliberately omitted this aspect when outlining the offer purposely allowing me to believe that I would be receiving the actual digital files in a usable format and not a set of stupid low resolution versions.

I was however invited to buy the original digital files that I had already been led to believe that I had purchased in the £199.95 bundle for the bargain price of another £199.95 - an offer I declined.

I recommend either avoiding this outfit entirely or being very diligent in establishing exactly what you are being offered for your money.

I went to European Portrait Studios with my wife. We had seen a picture on internet and We wanted to pose in the same way. I showed them the picture and inquired with them if it was possible. The photographer confidently said yes. We inquired about the rates which were very affordable as compared to others. The photos are of good quality and the picture was as we needed. Thank you European Portrait Studios.

One of my friends suggested european portrait studios to me. So I decided to visit them. I am very much concerned with the quality of photos, so I asked the staff there whether the quality of photos would be good. They assured me that they use RA-4 standards which is one of the best quality standards in UK and hence I need not worry. I was convinced by their answer so inquired them about their packages and costs. I liked their 5 pose as it offered the best five pictures of mine. They then introduced me to their photographer. He was professional and took some quality pics. He also guided me in posing properly. I inquired about when I could get my pics. They said that I can take them next week. Next week I went to take my pictures. The quality of photos were good. They were exactly the way I wanted. I am convinced with their service and quality. I would surely recommend them to all.

Last week I had gone to european portrait studios for photography. The staff there gave me a warm welcome. They showed me different packages that were available. I selected 5 poses package. The rates they mentioned were very reasonable. Their photographer was very friendly. He clicked some good photos photos of mine. After some days, my photos were ready. I collected them from their shop. They were of good quality and were exactly the way I wanted them to be. I would like to thank the entire staff of european portrait studios. Keep up the good work.
