Must agree with the previous review Having spent very considerable sums of money in both their shops their aftersales policies is dreadful
Absolutely appalling treatment of customer complaints very poor after sale service
Very expensive merchandice with very inadequate post sale customer care

Much better service and a more customer friendly attitude available available in just about any other shop

after spending several thousand pounds at Royles, I really wished I hadn't. Products great but customer service really ,really bad no interest after they have your cash.
I don't want to slag off individuals but management need to take some lessons in customer service, just plain rude. This wasn't a one of occasion we did give them the benefit of the doubt, bad day etc but not anymore.
Will never be going back.
