We have not been impresses with this plumber. We have called him on three occasions, having used him previously. First time, he responded too late, we had to sort it elsewhere, second time he did not bother to come back to us and the third time, he said he would come out on a Friday afternoon - he did not turn up or bother to phone to say he could not make it.
