As far as the conservatory installations go theyre spot on, excellent fitters and good quality materials but the sub contractors employed for tiling and flooring are a Huge let down, although employed by contour windows, the sub contractors are self employed and work for other companies. Leaving customers upto 2 months without flooring!. Contour windows are an excellent company with good customer service but Do Not rely on their tilers or floorers as you Will wait months for them to do the work. They put this company to shame! Contour are a good company but employ floorers that would rather do jobs for cash in hand than for Contour to which they are contracted!!
