Appalling service. Driver was 25 minutes late for a pre-booked pick up and then insisted on payment before we had even driven off. Taxi company kept giving us incorrect arrival times and driver was very rude when he arrived, and one of the seatbelts didn’t work. Do not recommend.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! Was recently charged £52 from Warwick hospital back to Solihull ( 13 miles) my 1st journey was another local company was £28
