Steve the salesman gives a good pitch but when it comes down to it doesn't live up to expectations.Paul the fitter is a nightmare,turns up then leaves spending more time out of the house than in.When he is there most of his time and concentration are spent on his mobile phone.Finishing on kitchen not good at all.Missing grommets and screw covers and the three he did silicone on have now fallen off.Cutting inside cupboards not good and trims not up to much.Overall the making of the kitchen cupboards and the colour good it's just a shame that the fitting and fitter not up to the same standard.Would recommend buying a kitchen through Alpha but get your own competent fitter to install it.
