Untrustworthy , has to be thee worst letting agents in hull. Incompetent, dishonest, their in house maintenance team ( who are in fact the directors of the company) will fleece you at every given opportunity . They will fabricate invoices for maintenance and deduct the money from your rent. They do not reference tenants correctly or inspect your property, I've even had there branch manager installing her sibling into my property, letting him pay spasmodic rent, putting his deposit into her own personal dps acc (not the company dps acc) so as when he left she would have just returned the deposit to him despite him leaving the place wrecked and owing back rent, it was only when I threatened her with police action for misappropriation of funds that I actually received my money. Needless to say I'm still owed money from this company but the stress and aggravation involved far outweighs the need to pursue it. Don't go there 15-05-14
