Woodlands has been my vets for 15 years, when attending a visit the other afternoon I witnessed the most appalling behaviour from a male client. Everyone in the waiting room could hear the gentleman shouting at the practice manager and banging his fist on the counter. I was outraged that someone would behave in such a manner, the vets had done an excellent job in diagnosing a cat with a condition that needed treated before a general anaesthetic could be given. Instead of thanking the team for finding this condition out the gentleman proceeded to become violent and the police had to be called. The team and Woodlands have always provided a wonderful service, and I would recommend them 100%.
