Unfortunately my experience with Mr Luke Zwirner has been very painful and costly. He put a new garage roof on but when it rained soon after he had completed the work and I had pain him the roof leaked all over, I rang him and he wasn’t happy to return because he realised he would have to re-roof as his work was so bad. After numerous messages and chasing him, his wife finally agreed that he would reimburse me with £800 (a mere fraction of the total cost of the roof). I agreed to this as I felt it was the only way I would get back some of the money I had paid out. He then said he could not do this in one lump sum, at which time his wife wrote up an agreement for him to pay £50 a week. The first £400 came pretty regularly then a stoppage and after further delays and many promises later I received a further £150. I have bent over backwards to accommodate Mr Luke Zwirner in an effort to get some of my money back. As of today I am still waiting for the balance of £250. 27-10-16
