So very disappointed.
I ordered an arrangement off their website for a special family anniversary in October. I was looking for something very special and chose the 'extravagant' option.
The flowers were delivered on time and as requested to my sister. But when I saw them only 3 days later I could have cried. 'Extravagant' simply means they jam in a few more flowers of the colour scheme. In this case they inserted cheap tulips in an £80 arrangement. As any one knows tulips keep growing and only 3 days later they were straggly, cheap and untidy. Totally ruining the display.
I complained to the shop who asked to take back the flowers and reset it. I declined and was offered a minor refund of £20. Take it or leave it.
I will never use this florist again and certainly never for a special occasion. Also you should not misunderstand that 'extravagant' will make the flowers special. It does not. 10-11-15
