This is a mediocre company and the service support is poor. I am paying an annual standing charge which is supposedly for rental and upkeep of the tank and its associated ancillary equipment. The inspection and maintenance regime is minimal and a contributory factor here I have been informed is the large distance between my property and their service centre. I can only assume this organisation does not have a viable infrastructure to service distant properties. This has significantly informed my decision to move to a new supplier when the contract ends in 10 months time. My neighbours are supplied by a different company whose service centre is also distant from their properties, however it is physically very obvious that their tanks are maintained to a higher standard and their standing charge is cheaper!! Their gas prices are also slightly cheaper.

I have been with this company now for four year's in which time I have had several issues with, the first issue was when they tried to charge me for gas at an increased price even thou I had ordered the gas before the price increase, the second issue was when we got a letter last October saying we could not order gas until the tank was at 20%, so at the beginning of December I rang to say that we needed gas, 2 weeks it took to be delivered, then on Monday 7th April I realised that we had completely ran out of gas and rang to order more, This company does not have a emergency delivery service so it was booked in for Thursday 10th April, on asking my neighbour (who also has an account with them thanks to me ) she also had rang on Monday to order gas, so they where going to be delivering to both of us at the same time. On Tuesday I decided to change supplier and when I rang them to say I only want 200 Lts they said it would not be cost efficient to come out with just that amount even thou they where delivering to next door, the manager then offered me a full tank at the cost of my new supplier (to be), when I turned this down (as the price would go back to normal for my next delivery) he said another no to the 200 Lts even thou all the delivery man has to do is take the pipe out of my tank and put it in my neighbours tank, he doesn't even have to move the wagon. I think this company is a joke and I am glad to be leaving them. So roll on the change so I can finally get some gas.
