Cloakroom and bathroom renovation....We were hoping for swift and competent work. I insisted on continuous work ,once ground was broken, prior to engaging Ben Guest Services.I didn't want the scenario of work dragging on and on, whilst we were without a bathroom and cloakroom. Sadly the job is still ongoing.
No more than a 50% chance of that day's workman turning up at the agreed start time of 8am. Quite annoying to be ready at our end every morning to get messages some time later to say, "sorry won't be there for a while". Hours sometimes.
This is probably just industry common practise, but I was hoping for better since Ben Guest himself has an aura of competence and good Customer Service.
