I asked this firm for a quote to refurbish my kitchen after it had been damaged by leakage from an incorrectly fitted water softener. The rep duly came and I was very impressed with his knowledge and suggestions. He stayed about 30/35 minutes. He then said that he would let me have his quote in a few days. I did ask him to e mail me but he said he wasn't up to speed with that technology ?? but he would drop the quote through the door. That was on 22nd Jan14. Since then I have not heard from him at all even after phoning him 3 times and leaving messages on his answer phone. I wouldn't mind so much if he had turned round and said that he didn't want the job , but to leave me hanging in the air is inexcusable. I tried to delete the one star but the system wouldn't let me. Warning if thinking of using him you may end up with just empty promises.. 05-02-14
