Worst customer service ever. Doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls, isn't in the shop. Mark can be impossible to get hold of. On the day we were due to have our carpets fitted, no one had arrived by midday. No communication for Mark. We eventually get hold of him to be told the carpet fitters van had broken. Carpet fitter eventually arrived and fitted the underlay. When he returned the next day to fit the carpets, it appeared the carpets had only been delivered that day. Carpets look like they have been fitted by an amateur. They are baggy and come off the carpet grippers. We were also having a bathroom floor done. The fitter completely messed this up and had to order new flooring. It isn't much better now. We phoned Mark to let him know that we're not happy (when we finally managed to get hold of him) he wasn't interested and we struggled to get him to come round to look at the work of his fitters. He 'promised' us he would send another fitter to rectify certain problem areas (not all of them). I have waited at home on 4 days waiting for said carpet fitter to turn up with no success. We have been fed a pile of lies such as, ordered the wrong carpet, no tools, carpet fitter busy on another job, carpet fitter stuck in Wales etc.
One month later and our carpets still look like they've been fitted by an amateur.
