From the moment I walked into the store I was treated to a very personal and knowledgeable experience from every member of staff. I ordered several large furniture pieces for my bedroom and was notified as soon as it was delivered into their warehouse. and delivery was arranged promptly as soon as I had paid the balance.

The delivery team were courteous and professional and even gave me tips on how to look after my furniture properly. ie wax the drawer runners and oil the tops occasionally.

Having such a good experience with them I also ordered some linen online which unfortunately due to a manufacturing process was faulty, I did have to pay the return postage as stated in their t&s but as soon as they received it and had the pieces examined they verified the fault and replaced the item paying for all the postage and as a gesture of goodwill gave me a 5% discount on my next purchase.

Quite exceptional. I would highly recommend this store I have no Idea what the other review is talking about as everybody I spoke to was helpful both online and in store. It makes a very nice change to go somewhere and actually be given exceptional service for a change.
