Tried ringing this place three times to ask about some stomach trouble i've been having but there was some call waiting for private numbers and noone answered - whats the point in a chemist who doesnt take calls

I went to Canons Pharmacy recently to look for some skin products and found the two women working there completely ignoring my requests for assistance, but being very helpful and attentive to another white lady customer. When I asked for recommendations the younger woman at the counter rudely told me to 'look it up myself' and asked me if I had 'heard of the internet'. Is that good customer service? I am sure it's the usual Asian attitude of 'we don't have to be courteous to other Asians, but we will roll over for any white customers'. Pathetic and racist. Avoid.
