There was no option to leave no star ratings at all on this review but basically be warned - NEVER USE OPTIMUM WINDOWS OF CHESTER LE STREET!
Sadly we did, resulting in items being stolen from our property and the police are now involved.
Go to anybody but this company you could not do worse.
This is a genuine review and no others are present when it was written, so if a positive one appears after this, I wouldnt believe a word. It is probably the company trying damage limitation .
Please pass this around as hard working, law abiding people of Chester le Street dont deserve or need appalling treatment from a local company like we have had from TERRIBLE OPTIMUM WINDOWS. 25-04-14
