This was my experience of using my Groupon voucher for a haircut at Maines:
Young woman hairdresser was lovely but only qualified last week and it showed. I was left with wet hair laying backwards over the hair washing bowl while my hairdresser answered the phone for what seemed half an eternity. She then washed my hair (no conditioner was used so uncomfortable untangling procedure afterwards). No towel was used round my neck so the water gathered on the coat and then ran down my back when I sat up. Lovely! I had to ask for a new towel and coat as she didn't seem to notice. The haircut was unbelievable with the hair on the one side being about 1/2 " shorter than on the other. Again my hairdresser didn't seem to notice. I ask the manager to tidy the haircut up but he never got back to me. The next day I went to another hairdresser, paid 25 quid and came out a happy customer. I wouldn't recommend this hairdresser to anyone but I hope they take this feedback to heart and get their act together.
