I prebooked a cab via their app for pick up from Milton Keynes bus station to Furzton. When the cab finally arrived 10 minutes later he advised that he had cancelled the call as I was not there. I advised that I had been there 10 minutes prior to the time. He then drive off. I called the operator to find out what is happeng and was told they would despatch another car which would be 10 minutes. 17 minutes later nothing had arried and I called back to get an operator who has no idea about customer service. Turns out they didn't re-order the cab and I was told it would be abother 10 minutes. I asked why I was not called or texted to be told that my phone number had two digits missing. Which was an outright lie as everything is contained in the app. Took me 1 hour 30 minutes to get from Reading to Milton Keynes and then thanks to Eezy cabs it took me 45 minutes to get from the station home. I won't be using them again and nor should anyone else. In the end it was a black cab that got me home.

Booked cab night before 6pm for 7am pick up to station, phoned at 7am, 7.10, 7.15 missed train and will be late for meeting. Wife and kids bundled into car disrupting the school routine - will not use them again! No apology from firm. 23/06/16
