My son bought a Fiat Punto off Garry Cook in January 2014 for £1,300. Gary seemed very genuine and came across like a nice man that really cared about his customers. Gary old us that he looks after his customers so they keep coming back as he states previous customers have. In May 2014 my sons Fiat broke down, my son called the RAC which towed it to a garage in Hull. Upon inspection the garage reported that the engine was completely knackered and has been on its way out for a long time and would cost in the region of £800 to £1000 to be repaired. I rang Gary Cook to explain what had happened. Gary right away was very abusive and aggressive and told me that it past an MOT and was fine when sold and wasn’t prepared to do anything or talk to me unless I knew what I was on about. When I rang the garage where my sons car was they told me that it wouldn’t of shown up on an MOT. I’m not going to let this matter drop. I will be taking action against Mr Cook. The man is a Crook and robs the young ones of their hard earned cash. Avoid this man 30-05-14
