Dealing with Sascron was the most bizare experience whilst car shopping in my life.
I have visited many car lots in my life and bought many cars. Never quite like this.

I made an appt by phone and drove nearly 2 hours to see and drive a very specific car. I arrived a little late but was met promptly. The car was outside the door, prepared for my visit. A brief walk around the car with the salesman, and I asked if we could do a brief test drive.

I was then told I had to go through their finance arrangements and agree a price before I could even test drive. This was not flexible even when I explained I had finance in place. Having driven so far I reluctantly agreed, and we left the car and went into the showroom.
After 10 minutes of being told what a bridging loan was (like a 10yr old rather than a man in his late 30's) I had enough and enquired why we were having to do this rather than drive the car.
The salesman was unshaken and proceeded with no flexibility to the request of a customer. Understandably I wanted to be with the car, in the car, driving the car, examining if I wanted to buy the car.... But no.
The salesman explained that after a test drive I need to be in a position to tell him there and then if I was going to buy the car..... Why????

After explaining that i didn't want their finance, and did not want to PX my car I was finally allowed to drive the car.

I then noticed that the milage was 44k. The advert was for 38k!!
When questioned the salesman explained that the sales team drive the cars too. 6 thousand miles by salesmen???? I then inspect the log book and see that the previous owner MOT'd the car at 41k! Clearly more lies and unethical behaviour.

Rest assured I did NOT buy the car, and drove the long road back home safe in the knowledge I would never visit these cowboys again.

The car was dodgy, the salesman was dodgy, the policy of not letting you buy the car was dodgy. Overall... Dodgy. AVOID!

Car developed a fault 3 months after purchase. this company said that they would not compensate to put the fault right. Was told that I had taken my chances with them.

I had been looking for a Vauxhall Corsa for a while but I needed two things to tik my box; insurance and price of car. I managed to get a good quote online from Direct Line as some insurers don't like insuring young drivers......can this be allowed??? I rang Sascron who are local to me and made an appointment to test drive a 1.4 in blue 2008 reg, it was keenly priced and came with a warranty. I met Guy the salesman for the first time, nice man who explained the car to me and then allowed me to test drive it, fell in love with it straight away and managed to arrange finance with Motonouveau Finance. I liked the straightforward attitude of the Guy, no beating around the bush just plain and simple facts, these guys will be getting my future business. Absolutely great!!

Sold car with service stamped when I got home checked under the bonnet oil had not been changed Sure both the salesman and I should have checked the cars oil but when someone assures you its done and shows the service book stamped you expect it done Another lesson learnt I have phoned them and emailed them many times then 3 weeks ago got a call to say a cheque was being sent out in settlement still waiting for the cheque But I have given them plenty of time to resolve the matter This Company states it takes pride in Honesty and Integrity Shame they cant live up to their standards I made a return trip of 120 miles to buy a car from this company because I expected the company to have outstanding customer care Shame the After Care does not match their stated high expected standards

Bought a Mercedes CLK from Sascron Limited, they arranged finance, explained the warranty and were extremely helpful when I had a problem with the vehicles suspension, they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a car from them that they knew was an import and they never told me. I questioned why there was no users manual and they said it must have got lost - these are never supplied with imports. They knew the cars history and when I called them on it they said they had no idea about the cars history and it was 'sold as advertised'. Now I have a car that nobody in the dealership network wants to touch and its value is a fraction of what a UK spec car would be. They are proper Arthur Dailey type characters, wider than a bus and not to be trusted with your cash!

Great news Sascron. Thanks for your aid. I took your warranty and experienced problems with the warranty insurer as the problem was not a breakdown of the vehicle and they refused to pay. However with your input they are now addressing the problem free of charge. Just goes to show it's worth taking the warranty with the dealer as you get their backing. If I'd gone it alone I would have to pay for the fault which was a non-breakdown issue.Thanks again. Mal.

This is a Genuine review from a customer who knows about customer service.
After made a deal with Sascron to purchase a car with a value of £8790 they said that price was if I purchase also a £395.00 one Year Warranty, so the £200.00 discount they offer me was for the warranty not for the car, never see that on my live, but the worst was. I agreed to pay £9000 ( more than the car price £8980 without the discount) but with a service ( replace oil filter, brake fluid, pollen filter, air filter). Paid the £9.000 and guess what they didn't change the filters, unacceptable, I have the pictures with me unless I bought some very dirty filters. PLEASE DO A FAVOUR TO YOURSELF DON'T BUY FROM HERE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. Yes I much regret to buy the car from Sascron, if I like the car yes I like, but NEVER EVER AGAIN, PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID, RUBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH. WHY I DIDN'T READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS? my fault, I don't want to see them anymore. After they have your money they are like horses dealers. I will rate them lower than zero.
