Absolutely Amazing!!! What a brilliant company, that is everyone from ladies on the reception desk through to Gary and every single one of the removals guys. The price for our move was very good considering how complicated it was going from 4 bed detached to an upstairs apartment with very unusual tight staircases. The guys at Roy Jack's never complained, had a brilliant sense of humour and Can Do attitude. We were delayed a day by Solicitors, not getting the keys in time meant furniture etc couldn't be moved in until next day. Roy Jack's Widnes went above and beyond to help. Keith helped me sort a problem with items I had to leave in my buyers shed. Gary called back to fix a door and helped me with moving items downstairs. Also, they delivered a piano to someone local. If it wasn't for this company I have no idea how I would have survived the move at all. Everyone of the staff members did their best and the ladies on reception communicated information extremely well keeping everyone involved in the move informed and updated. Recommend Roy Jack's Widnes to everyone. We'll done to the team & a very big Thank You to all. 05-11-21
