Well I had my Audi a3 at 2 carbody shops 7 weeks later the car hadn't even been touched.i phoned arc to give the job to them.the car was a mess at the front end twisted and bent.arc picked the car up and started working on the car I went the next day to see the car had been straightened and alot of parts fitted all in 1 day.i was then told of arc that alot of the parts I got were wrong are totally no good arc sorted the right parts for me at very good price.i just wish I had of used them from the start as the car has been done to a very high standard all in a couple of days I would recommend arc to absolutely everybody as there is alot of people out there who havnt a clue about parts for a car nevermind actually fixing the cars.arc are 100% the best place to go in county Durham. 30-10-15
