Dreadful. After five months I have no guarantee and as far as I am aware no registration with with CERTASS or building reg registration. I have asked for these items by phone, email and personal visit. The email was ignored and on the other occasions I was told that the paperwork would be done right away and I would have it by post within a day or two. I'm still waiting. There are other issues. During installation they made a hole in my conservatory roof by dropping part of one of the old windows onto it. I have complained about this but they have offered no remedy. One of the glass units has flaws in it and they promised to replace it. Needless to say they have not. The installers managed to dislodge bricks under the bay window and just pushed them back without a proper repair.

I am not the only one to have had this kind of problem with this firm. ( see other directories, online). I recommend prospective customers to give them a very wide berth. It seems I have to give them at least one star. They do not deserve it.
