I had a very worst service and bad experience from top end clean. I booked them for the end of tenancy cleaning service and they promised me for full deposit return or atlest the deposit will not be deducted for cleaning. They sent two cleaners who came almost close to noon and left at 16:00 hrs and all they did was good carpet cleaning and a very basic level of dusting. The bill I paid to topendcleaning was £260.00 (The rates mentioned in the website are wrong). They did not do the deep clean which they agreed and charged me. I ended up paying £200.00 to my leasing company for cleaning. I was also promised they will send the cleaners if the agency finds any fault but before the cleaners left I myself found the cleaning was not complete and when I asked them to complete the response I received was they worked more than the hours(5 hours) for the day and any further will become a police complaint. It’s a complete waste of money 22-05-14
