I used Able cleaning solutions and was dissatisfied. Their cleaner locked the front door from the inside as he vacated the flat and it was unable to be opened by the door key. As a result I had to call a locksmith who verified this is what happened but Able Cleaning Solutions refused to take responsibility for this. I had to pay £50 for the locksmith. I would not use this company again. The supervisor refused to have a conversation with me only sent me an email and was unprepared to discuss the complaint.
