My order made over a week ago was not delivered and I have yet to receive any explanation, apology or refund. I have been told numerous times now that someone will respond to my phone calls, emails, etc. but so far, absolutely nothing. I am appalled that this company is still running! How can the staff sleep well at night knowing they provide such despicable service? Don't they have any pride in themselves? Do not purchase anything from these thieves and soulless people!
