Worst service ever! Fuming! Asked to get watch battery replaced which he did..but when he went to set the time he pulled out the pin to the point it broke...he said there was nothing he could do and the watch was faulty..still charged me for the battery which I paid...I walked out...5 mins later I walked back in seeing if I could resolve it and spoke politely asking if there was nothing he could do. I asked him you must have some sort of insurance in place for these issues..at that point he told me to get out and told me to "f" off. I said to him I've been nothing but polite and he turned round and said I walked in with attitude and started swearing at me and put his hand on me to get out out. I said don't touch me and his reply was "what are you going to report me for racial abuse!" And that point I walked out and left. Looks like he has an issue with Asians as race was never mentioned from my part. So much for a friendly family run business. I'll never go back there and you shouldn't either. Vile man. 19-03-16
