I pre ordered a love bouquet for Valentine's Day online a few days before Valentines to insure I got what I ordered. When my girlfriend received the order the roses were pink! . I explained due to the fact I pre ordered the bouquet and it being Valentines I clearly wanted red roses and that she must of had red roses in that day. I was met with a very frosty attitude and no remorse of the obvious bad decision. I stated that I wanted to return the boutique and a refund I was refused this despite a lengthy discussion going round in circles and the obvious fact it being Valentines and I had pre ordered a substantiality expensive boutique from the love range! The outcome was that I would receive a free bouquet the next day. Due to work commitments I sent my girlfriend to collect the bouquet at a premium arranged time. What she received was 3 roses! Hardly a bouquet!!! I am utterly disgusted with the service I received and would never recommendananyone to use this florist ever! 17-02-14
