If I had a choice I would put no stars. This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had, the hairdresser was rude, unorganised and unprofessional. She had very little or even no management skills whatsoever to run her own business, I was actually quite shocked. She was too personal about her own life and didn't listen to what I was saying I wanted doing with my hair, this made me feel awkward as I didn't know what to reply to the distressing and depressing things I was being told. I was not relaxed at all and have to have my hair fixed elsewhere I would not recommend anybody to get their hair done. It was not a nice experience.
