This company has fitted a fence to an adjoining garden. He failed to notify either party of his plans to move the boundary even though he had previously priced the job. I had recently laid a new patio level with the existing boundary fence so he was aware of the damage removing the old fence would cause. On the morning he started he entered my property uninvited. My wife approached him and it was at this point only did he declare that there would be a problem. Unfortunately he had already removed 50% of the old fence. He advised my wife that the fence would leave a 4 inch gap. On returning home later that day the gap is closer to a foot meaning I need to lift all my pre cut stones to make good the eyesore he left. On ringing him he refused to come out to discuss saying the work he completed was ok on his customers side so wasn't bothered then hung up.
