Very disappointed . I've done my nails in this shop on 23/ December Sunday. On 26th /December Wednesday one nail came off completely like stick on nails . As it was Christmas Eve I thought well will go and repair in two days when they open again. in two days I had another nail off. rang shop was told to come in for repairing . Went in man said he will charge me only for one nail repairing although he repair two ,I was shocked first as was told on the phone to come in and wont be charged,second doing nails normally next door from that shop for £15 this shop charge £20 which I thought is no matter as my shop was busy ,went in this one thinking they must be good as they are more expensive.Having nails done for years in different shops for years and they always last for 2-3 weeks .man was really rood saying it was my fault 2 nails came off, and they are very experienced,he said we have got lots of customers .If he treat his customers like I was treated I think his shop will be empty soon . Very disappointed 28-12-14
