Poor customer services to retailers,like pedigree only interested in profits.I am a retailer who can buy these products of AMAZON sometimes CHEAPER than direct from Crown.Why o' Why do i have to put up with their Poor sales calls once a week DEMANDING payment BEFORE 1 o'clock even if they call you after this time and you are not there, then no order as this is also my fault as i must have forgot i somehow work for them.(NOT)

I've found them to UNHELPFUL and DICTATORIAL on the phone,I must say these people who phone to take payment must adopt a new attitude as they don't own or have shares but speak to you as if you were due them the money personally .(they must have shares). So people check AMAZON first as they have a MUCH better customer service.
