Fusion Windows have a very professional team that helped us choose the best windows and patio doors for our house. Once the measuring up was completed we then chose the frames and glass that we preferred. We was delighted with the quote for the finished job and it was not too long before the fitting time was scheduled. The fitting team arrived and were very polite and professional. All the work done at my house I can honestly say has transformed the house amazingly. I would highly recommend fusion with their very professional fitters to be your first choice for your glazing . Unfortunately this company have a very poor after service. We experienced leaking into the kitchen as a result of poorly fitted upstairs windows. As it was over the Xmas period and they were closed we had to get a bolder to resolve the issue. Despite the builder showing them where they had gone wrong and them admitting it may have been their fault they refused any form of compensation. This was due to the fact in "small print" it does state they need the opertunity to resolve. Very difficult when your closed!! Poor service and would not recommend to anyone.
